I was extremely pleased when I received my wide brim for Fedora. It was in a box by itself well protected. That is what impressed me the most because it was not all dented, bent up or smashed in. I appreciate that so very much. I have received hats from other places in the past and it was absolutely Atrocious. So bent up, balled up and crooked, it looked like I had the hat on backwards. I thank you for that not being my experience ordering from you. I will be ordering again in the very near future!
